Class reunions can be great but its time to bring your high school reunion to life. A presentation of photos or videos can be very powerful when set to music. I have been building presentations that bring back those high school memories. To have a 40 minute presentation the reunion committee will need 250 photos and 10 tracks of music on the average.
Most hotels rent the video projector and sound system. If you have hired a DJ then you already have a sound system. I will provide the computer and operator so that your presentation is presented to your classmates in a very professional way. Typically a 2500K projector is needed for a bright and colorful display. When selecting a ballroom for your reunion make sure the room has high ceilings, anything over 12 feet is great. The higher the ceiling the larger the screen can be. Also make sure that the ballroom light fixtures are not obstructing the view of the video as it is projected from the projector to the screen.
